As you browse the website you will see the "tracker is active" icon to the left of the screen. To access the tracker options just click on the icon.
If you don't see the tracker icon you need to log into your account - just click on "account login" on the left of your screen. As a security feature you need to log in again each day, unless you decide otherwise on the tracker options page.
